Are you up for a truly fabulous and unconventional dainty bridal look for the big day, we recommend you to wear something a bit more different and yet not too ostentatious and outrageous, but a simple chic black sash wedding dress.

Instead of going with a predictable conventional white wedding dress, off the beat brides who are interested in wearing something more unique and one of a kind on the day can surely try on a black sash wedding dress.

The black and white themes or color schemes are quite trendy and popular these days in weddings, where we can see them incorporated in the wedding cake, in the table centerpiece arrangements, in the wedding décor, in the bride’s wedding bouquet and in the wedding dress, of course.

This type of dress is not very dramatic and bold as you might think at one first glance, because, as you can see from the pictures, the black color accent can be integrated in the dress in very subtle, delicate and refined ways and items. Compared to a full black wedding dress, the white wedding dress with black is just a hint on what a more extreme wedding dress for a dramatic bride could look like.

Whether you’re planning a Gothic themed wedding, whether a simple chic and classy black and white themed wedding, a punk, a rock or a dark themed wedding, the chances that your black sash wedding dress to look like the most attractive and remarkable piece of the event are huge.

The black sash, or the black ribbon, belt or waist band can be incorporated in to the neckline of the dress, in the waist line of the dress, in the skirt, in the hemline or in the train of the dress. The 2010 fall wedding dress collection of Vera Wang consists of beautiful, delicate, feminine and charming white wedding dresses with black accents.

These accents refer to all kinds of ethereal airy black sashes made from organza or tulle, wrapped around the bride’s waist and surrounding the neck in a very spectacular and original way. The black color has the main purpose of making the white look even more fabulous, sleek, sensual, seductive and eye-catching.

Any bride who is looking to make a statement and have a more original and fantastic apparition, the black sash wedding dress can make an incredibly artistic and inspired option.

The sash can be longer and follow the train line or the back of the dress all the way down in a very whimsy romantic way. This type of extreme wedding dress can be made in a ball gown style, in a tea length vintage-retro style, in an empire waist style, in a princess natural waist style or in a mermaid style.11

Hi. I am also interested in the first dress you posted here. I think it’s a very nice dress, fit for a romantic, somewhat casual wedding and I think that black sash with the black flower gives it a very interesting, very elevated air. I find it a pretty dress and I was looking for something of this kind. I think that although it appears to have a simple line, the fabrics and the sash make it exquisite and not that simple any longer. Besides the sash I also like the strap a lot. It’s very original I think and it fits the whole dress in ways that makes me dream already that I am wearing the dress.
